In addition, browse the latest fitness and health news, chat with fellow members, view and book your favourite fitness class, and track your progress towards a healthier you!

Take advantage of our extensive exercise database to select and track the activity you do. Track sets, repetitions, resistance and minutes to get a calorie estimate of the exercises you do.

Lack of idea on what to do? We have the solution for you with a host of workouts you can select and follow through for an easy, motivating and varied exercise regime.
FOOD & MEALS:
To live a healthy lifestyle, you also need to consider what you put into your body. Our food and meal tracking abilities help you keep an eye of the calories you put in versus how much you need to reach your goals. You will also conveniently find our café menu items here so you can quickly track your pre and post-workout meals!

If you use our online tool, you can view and select a meal plan that suits you, and keep an eye of what you should eat at any given time through the app! Living and eating healthy couldn’t be easier.
